Mindbody Software Engineer interview questions

I was interviewed in Jul 2020, 3 rounds of the interview. The questions were What are your strengths? What is your greatest weakness? Tell me about yourself. Why do you want to work here? Where do you see yourself in five years? Why should we hire you? Why did you apply for this position? Do you prefer to work on a team or independently?

They have a test for Aptitude. 40 mins. Its sent by an automated system by a company called hirebridge. If you clear it, the HR will call you else they will ghost you. Pathetic experience - Ghosting is the heights of high handedness (even if a candidate is not shortlisted) the HR needs to have the decency of informing. Heard from other candidates too - the HR at MindBody will ghsot you any time in the process - either if they close the position internally or if you don't clear the round. If you don't hear back in 3 days; you are Mind Body Ghosted :) --- that's the general rule from other candidates who attempted.
