I applied for a position within the new EMR initiative st Mission health and was selected to complete an initial interview. The interview was a online, one-way video recorded interview in which I was given 5 questions -one at a time- and asked to record my responses. You are unable to review your videos and the hitting manager offers no feedback if you are not selected. I received an email from the talent consultant who simply said they were moving forward with other candidates. The questions asked in the video interview were very general in nature and did not related to the position. This was my first ever interaction with a one-way video interview and perhaps that is why I feel/felt uncomfortable with the process and lack of feedback/communication.
