Very thorough interview process.
HR reached out for a phone screen. The role, responsibilities, goals, performance, and expectations were clearly laid out. The second interview was a Zoom call with the director of the team. Following that was a peer interview via phone with a current member of the customer success team. The last round was onsite at the NYC office, which consisted of presentation to the VP, director, lead, and peer from the CSM team. After the interview challenge I spent 30 minutes speaking one-on-one with the VP, then with the CSM peer.
The process was very organized and the team set clear expectations and resources to assist me with the last round of interviews. A few days before the onsite, I had a follow up call with the director and lead to go over any outstanding questions I had in order to prepare for the presentation. After each interview, HR would do a follow up call to see how the interview went and if I had any questions.
