Interview
At first you are required to fill a form, which includes all your details along with a paragraph on a given topic. Then depending upon the number of people, Group discussion might happen. There was no aptitude test in our case. Then the technical interview takes place wherein they ask mostly related to financial statement analysis.
If you clear the technical round, then final round is HR round.

Insgesamt 8 Gespräche, wurde dann nach einer absage für eine andere Abteilung empfohlen und bis heute keine Absage für die zweite stelle … es waren in jedem Gespräch die gleichen Fragen.
