Ex- If beta of a stock is 1, what does this mean and how will the stock follow if the market moves up and down. Secondly, he asked about some trading & Transaction comps. questions like what is the difference between Minority Interest and Subsidiary & Associates. Where would you show Minority interest in Balance sheet. What is the amortization and how is it different from Depreciation.
