Interview and hiring process was about the smoothest and easiest I've ever experienced. Considering that I interviewed with 6 different people - all remotely - it progressed very logically and quickly.

Question 1
Would I be comfortable working hands on in customer environments with technologies like Java, Javascript, MySQL, Linux, JSON, etc.
Would I be willing to play the role of an evangelist - not only for the Moogsoft technology but for the industry itself to convince customers of the value?

Interview
Extensive interviews with relevant parties, sales managers, peers and technical leaders. Had to present the product in a mockup customer situation. Pretty detailed skills review. Time and effort were put into the selection process. References were checked.
