Interview
Two stage process. The first round was a zoom interview with HR that was mainly focused around motivational and competency questions. The second round was a telephone interview with a banker where you have to work through a short case study (no pre-interview prep). There was also a commercial awareness section afterwards.

Talk to me about a story in the news you have been following?
I found it was a typical process that was realtively easy to navigate asking basic questions. It is all the expected interview questions about the company itself, the role and market awareness.

There were multiple Hire Vue questions back to back, some of them were technical questions but most of the questions were about the company and others were behvioural questions .

Interview
The best way to describe the interviewers is phlegmatic. Barely any emotion from them. I had two interviews with the same two interviewers. One of the interviews was strengths-based and the other interview was a technical based interview.
