I had a telephone interview with Morgan Stanley for 40 minutes. The interviewer forgot about the time saying she's extremely busy and rescheduled the interview for later in the day. Most questions are expected and are behavioural with unexpected questions such as tell me about the financial market.
Two telephone interviews. Nothing technical in either of them.
First focused on me as a person, what made me tick what I liked doing, why did I study my degree and why do I want to work at MS or in the sector. Second same thing but asked more about experiences making me a good candidate.
