Recruitment Process Needs Better Follow-Up Pros: Reputable company with good benefits (based on research). Cons: The interview process was smooth initially, but communication completely stopped toward the end. I sent several follow-ups to get a status update, but never received a reply. It feels like there is a significant bottleneck or lack of responsibility in the HR/recruitment department. Advice to Management: Respect candidates' time by providing timely updates, especially after they have completed the interview rounds.
