The whole process took about two months. A call with a Jr. HR, a call with a Sr. HR, a call with a team member, a video chat with two additional team members, an on-site interview and presentation with 5 team members. This interview process included an online test that took about 2 hours and a presentation they require for the onsite called the "pitch". All in all the process took 20-30 hours of my time including the interviews, test and preparation for the presentation. They really do try make sure you are a legitimate candidate they would hire so I didn't feel like it was unnecessary screening or work, however it was extremely burdensome for candidate working with several other companies. All in all it didn't work out, I got the feeling they are extremely careful (picky?) but appreciated the processes. I would recommend that anyone considering applying be comfortable with all of the time and work they are requiring and the odds that it doesn't work out, some could feel pretty upset after all is said an done.
