The interview was conducted on campus with an HR representative. The interview was not overly technical but covered the full range of behavioural questions (e.g. give me an example of a time when you demonstrated good interpersonal skills etc). I was questioned extensively on the type of role I wanted (equities research) and whether I would be suitable for such a role. Basically, why did I want to do equities research and how was I certain that I would make a good candidate.
