I started the interview process back in early July and made it to what is presumably the final round... in late October. Not sure if it's HR or the team itself, but hiring process has been inefficient and drawn-out for an analyst position. As of this week, I still have not heard back on a final decision and was told that next steps wouldn't be determined until late January. While the people I interviewed with seemed nice, this whole process makes me apprehensive about the company's culture and whether or not other internal processes take this long. Do not commit to the interview process unless you are really, really passionate about a Research Analyst role. I probably put in 20-30hrs of prep time in aggregate for all parts of the application process, which now seems like a massive waste of time.

Everything was via email and teams meeting.
