I applied online. I interviewed at Morningstar (Vāshi) in Sep 2021
Interview
I applied for research associate role at Pitchbook (a morningstar co.). Interview process was a lengthy one. Took nearly 3-4 weeks right from application screening to receiving the offer letter. Starts with an assessment round (domain questions, verbal, reasoning and a typing test is taken). Assessment was easy to moderate. After the assessment candidates are briefed about the role and then three rounds of interviews (team leader+ supervisor+ manager round) are held within a day. HR round is supposed to be held after 1-2 weeks. In my case it wasn't taken and I was directly given the offer after 2weeks.
