Four rounds. 30 min prescreening. 30 min 1v1. 2hrs 4ppl back to back. 3hrs group case. Whole process was extremely lengthy (~2month) with respect to things the firm wanted to know about you. Strongly recommend having other interviews as your plan B.
Individual interview, then 4 interviews and group interview with case study. No knowledge or skill questions asked, all personality and intuition. Case study is with 3 other applicants about a problem morningstar faces
The role revolves around data collection from listed company & startups annual reports, as per set pre-defined rules.

The Morningstar interview process was well-structured and efficient. The interviewers were professional, asked relevant questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout. Overall, the interview was a positive experience and was done back to back.
