I completed all three rounds of interviews with Morningstar. After my second round, it took them about 10 days to respond, which was already a bit long, but I still appreciated finally getting an update.
However, after the final interview on October 30th, I never received any response at all. Today is November 19th — almost 20 days later — and I still haven’t been informed whether I passed or didn’t pass.
The interviewers themselves were kind and professional, and the conversations went well, but the communication after the final round was very disappointing. It would be great if Morningstar could improve this part of the hiring process. Even a short rejection email helps candidates move forward and not wait for weeks without any information.
Overall, the interview experience was positive, but the lack of follow-up after the final round needs improvement.
