Application online regular questions. wait couple does got a phone call set up a pre interview over the phone then the next day pre interview over the phone: couple questions : regarding my resume,my past experience working in a hotel, my personality, how I hear about the position, motivation to work at Motel 6, my availability to work part time or full time . Then Interview in person the following week.

5 min long very basic questions about yourself and work ethic. Talked availability as well as well as shift schedules and how they’re decided. Rules on asking for days off etc
Very quick. Was called in day after submitting application, was called next day letting me know I got the job. Very straight forward and simple and staff was friendly. Other applicant who came before me was significantly late, delaying my interview

simple interview nothing out of the ordinary what you would expect from this type of job typical front desk agent questions by general manager .. good people work there and are super nice
