From start to finish, the process took about 2 weeks. I was contacted by a KeepTruckin recruiter who was absolutely fantastic; incredible personality, energy, and charm. We did a phone screen, which then moved to me speaking with the Hiring Manager. The hiring manager for this role was just as awesome as the recruiter, and I cannot say enough kind words about either of them. We had very real, in-depth conversations that touched on the business side but also the personal philosophies side, which I enjoyed immensely.
After that, I completed a take-home project, which took a few days (they were very flexible, as some of this happened during a holiday period).
I then went on-site where I met with the recruiting coordinator--another awesome individual--and had technically 5 rounds of interviews, one with the hiring manager, two 'tandem' interviews with members of the team I'd be leading with and working alongside, and then finally one wrap-up with the hiring manager. It took right about 2.5-3 hours.
In every way, a great experience. I ended up not taking the offer, which was, arguably the most difficult decision I've had to make in my 10+ year working life. KeepTruckin has a fantastic product, even more incredible people, and great leadership. I truly hope and pray that my paths cross with those individuals again, as, even though I had another opportunity elsewhere I ended up taking, they've made an legitimate impact on me.
You will not go wrong working with great people, and this company has LOTS of them.
