Motive Software Engineer interview questions

Five Rounds were conducted including OOPS concepts, Data Handling, Machine Learning. All the rounds were an hour in duration. There were additional rounds with pure focus on Deep Learning and MLOps concepts.

Disappointed by the lack of communication regarding the outcome of my application. After investing considerable time and effort into completing 7 rounds of interviews, I was hopeful of receiving constructive feedback or at least a clear explanation of the decision-making process. Unfortunately, despite my best efforts, I have been unable to obtain any information regarding the status of my application or the reasons for the rejection. This lack of communication has left me feeling disheartened and frustrated, as I believe it is essential for candidates to receive feedback in order to learn and grow from the experience. Understanding the reasons for my rejection would not only help me to improve my future applications but would also enable me to better understand how I can contribute to your organization in the future.
