I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Mount Sinai Health System
Interview
I met with four different people, three of whom were doctors on two different occasions. The interview process was pretty standard and they just wanted to see where my goals were and whether the workload was something I would be interested in. It was very professional and personable at the same time. The attitudes for everyone seemed to click and glow seamlessly.

Question 1
A typical question they and every other interviewer seems to ask is how do you handle pressure. They stressed that at times the position calls for a lot, but it's not constant.
Slow and long. Like weeks between interviews and then they also have you meet with so many people. It feels unnecessary long considering the level of the position and then the salary is pretty low compared to the JD
