Lengthy process. Was referred by a talent acquisition individual (FOR A PREVIOUS POSITION I HAD APPLIED FOR) to another department. Interviewed with both talent acquisition individuals. The talent acquisition individual who was looking to fill the position I was referred to asked if I can meet with the departments manager right after. During that interview a medical assistant was brought in as well and they both spoke with me and asked a few questions. I received a call a few days later asking to meet with the some of the providers of that department. I spoke with three different providers along side three other candidates. About a week and a half later I received an email that there was interest in moving me along and they did an extensive reference check. About another two weeks later I had to take a personality/skill test and a brief English and math test (online). Eventually I was offered the position. After the offer I still had to go in for a health screening including some shots and a drug screening. They also do a previous employment screening to verify my employment history. About three weeks after the formal phone offer I started at my new job and was cleared.
