I applied online. I interviewed at Mount Sinai Health System (New York, NY) in Oct 2018
Interview
The interview was about 20-30 mins long with the team supervisor. Supervisor stressed the importance of attendance and punctuality, and seem genuinely uninterested and asked very basic questions and even repeated questions.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mount Sinai Health System (New York, NY) in Jan 2019
Interview
I have interviewed with this company for this very position a multiple of times and hear nothing. I have even gotten call backs from recruiters months later asking if I'm still interested and how they will contact the hiring manager and then the manager will reach out to confirm interest whenever they are ready to do so and then I hear nothing again. I do not know what these people are really doing. I do not know who or what exactly they are looking for. After doing my LinkedIn research on people that currently hold this position, I feel like they are seeking those with like very little experience and that may be bilingual. Even walking onto the work floor and seeing people at work, the employees in the very position that I've applied seem young and accepting or not looking for much except a stable job. I mean, I don't know if they were expecting me to not ask questions after barely interviewing me or what. I just know that after interviewing for them for this same position so many times, they have permanently left a bad taste in my mouth. I was hopeful and prepared and ready every time they contacted for an interview, just to waste my time and money on transportation for a 3-5 minute conversation about nothing and walk out feeling like, that's it? For this kind of hospital, the interviewers need to learn a better interviewing technique.
