I first had a phone interview with someone from talent acquisition. Next, I was given a link to a video pre-recorded questions and I had to video myself answering them. Finally, I had my in person interview with the nurse manager and HR.

Tell me about yourself, why do you want to be a nurse, why do you want Mount Sinai, tell me about a difficult situation and how you handled it
It took 6 weeks from interview to getting job. I think they don’t have a lot of HR people. Overall, it was an okay experience and people were nice. They answered all my questions.

Applied online, reached out by recruiter, screening interview with recruiter, interview with nurse manager a few days later - maybe a 20 minute interview? Received the offer from the recruiter within 3 days.

The interview process was easy over zoom . I had two interviews with the nurse manger then hiring manger . Questions were easy and also they were very professional . The questions were about patients and time management .
