Interview
Was smooth, however was not very welcoming. They wanted to hire, however didnt seem to want to work with the employee. Interviewed with 6 members of the team, 3 of whom I would directly work with.
The same processes as other agencies , asking about your future plan, and how to secure funding and grants, teaching, conferences, public speaking, and how to collaborate and work with other agencies, similar to questions asked in any other interview

I got a phone call by medical director to set up in person interview immediately after seeing my application for the job position on Monster.com where he placed an ad; In the in person interview- I reviewed my CV with the medical director; Medical director explained the role of the physician position and explains what the department does
