The interview with my potential boss and colleague was extremely quick and easy. The first big, red flag. I think that was an hour long. I did some very minor questions from HR. You just don't hire someone with as few questions as I was asked. They never were serious. But they wasted a huge amount of time and got my hopes up. One of the worst interview processes ever.
