Easy going. Spoke with HR first and then was interviewed by a PA and department chief over Zoom. They did most of the talking which was nice, very conversational. At that time they said they'd reach out to HR to start the reference process.

Interview with 2 leading attendings, pa site director, chief pa, and meet fellow future colleagues. Very laid back, usually look for someone who can fit part of the group. It’s really an opportunity to see what kind of person you and how we can create an easy and free work environment.
