After a call with the VP of HR, I was scheduled to meet my prospective boss, the CHRO. I was then surprising scheduled to meet an "Architect of Innovation/Recruiter" who wanted to screen me, which i thought was odd and disorganized. I was brought in to meet two junior recruiters who were great, but dim. I then met with the "Architect of Innovation/Recruiter" who spoke heavily about himself and went over my resume. I thought it was clear he was not an innovative type and knew little of what he projected to know. There was an overall sloppiness to this. Since I was already scheduled to meet with the CHRO, I was rather confident, but did my work to appease this "Architect of Innovation/Recruiter."
When I met with the CHRO, she only asked me to tell her about myself and then 30 seconds later she assigned me to create a one-sheet about what her HR department does across the board. I was placed in a bullpen of young strategists who answered my questions and set me up to meet with three HR reps. Within 3 hours I had created my one sheet and five minutes after hitting send on my email I received a phone call offering me the job and asking when I could start.
