I had a phone screen with a recruiter who reached out and scheduled time over email. The call was professional, cordial, and expectations were made very clear which I appreciated. They discussed details related to the role and then asked me a series of questions related to the role as well as an overview of some of my experience. The role seemed like it would've been a great opportunity, except it became clear during the interview that it wasn't really a Studio Manager position, but more of a Podcast Producer.
