I interviewed at Mount Sinai Health System (New York, NY)
Interview
The recruiter had assured me that my application would be pulled for further consideration, but unfortunately, that was never done.
This was especially discouraging because I believe I am overqualified for the position based on my credentials, experience, and certification. I had every reason to expect fair consideration, and the lack of follow-through made me feel overlooked despite meeting — and exceeding — the requirements for the role.
Professional communication and follow-through are essential in representing an organization well. While I remain very interested in opportunities with [Company Name], I hope my experience will be taken seriously and that improvements can be made to ensure other candidates are treated with fairness and respect.

Interview
I had two interviews where I sat down with multiple practice managers. They took turns asking me questions and did not make it feel too stressful. Like most interviews, I feel they did not take the time to review my resume until a few minutes before because I was asked questions that were on my resume.,
