Initial screen with recuriter Meeting with a member of the team 3 back to back to back meetings with members of the marketing team All Interviews were fairly relaxed and the questions were fair and reasonable but was clear the company didn't know what they wanted in terms of expansion into the US. The main recruiter moved jobs at the end of the interviews and there was no-one to communicate what their decision was. Poor structure and process.
