NHS Medical Laboratory Assistant interview questions

First is an assessment day where there is a presentation outlining the job you have applied for. Then there are icebreaker questions and an icebreaker game (usually pictionary). Then there is an assessment where you look at blood tubes and fill out the details onto the computer and write down any mistakes you see. Lastly there is a laboratory tour. If you pass the assessment you are invited for an interview where there a a panel of interviewers.

Went smooth but was unprepared. It was with 5 people, after interview went to different place to do a physical test. I'd say it went smoothly but then it relied on having experience (even tho it wasnt necessary).
