Applied directly to the professor assigned for the course. Emailed him and he replied to schedule an interview. During interview he asked me about my experience with the course and how it can be made better. Then was asked specific questions regarding python (loops, case statements etc).

The interview was a personal chat with the professor. We discussed my previous academic background, my familiarity with the course material, and how I would handle student inquiries during office hours. It was a very conversational and relaxed atmosphere focused on my communication skills.
