Set up an interview for 9:30am. I get into the interview lobby to be put in a que for 1 hour. I decided to run to the store since my time was obviously not to important for them, if they are going to schedule for 9:30am but won't be getting to be for over an hour. Well I got a text saying please be back in 5 minutes for your interview. Since I was at the store I got back 2 minutes late to be found back in a que with 98 people in front and another 90 minute wait. So to recap, you waste an hour of my time missing our schedule interview by an hour. They when I am not readily available after waiting 2 minutes you leave and throw me back in a que. What a joke! Talk about a company that needs to get their sh*t together!!!

Other Insurance Sales Agent Interview Reviews for National General Insurance
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at National General Insurance (Philadelphia, MS) in Mar 2022
Interview
I went through two very pleasant interviews before I was made a job offer. They were very professional, but exhibited a warm, friendly, down-to-Earth, and honest vibe towards me making more of a connection than other, more “sterile”, and detached experiences I have had in some past interviews. It was a very good overall experience compared to some. I did do my homework to prepare for the interviews, and wrote down questions that I had for them as well.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at National General Insurance (Portland, OR) in Oct 2016
Interview
Was taken into a room with no windows with 2 men (I'm female) that played "Good Cop, Bad Cop." Bad Cop was very hostile, all of his questions felt accusatory. Spent over an hour being bombarded with questions about my work history, with very little focus on the present or future.

Question 1
Why did you work in so many departments in your last company? Is that because you get bored and can't stay in one place?
