First initial invite is a video recording of yourself, then they will see if they want to move forward with you. Not good, as everyone does not like camera, and can be shy. But I guess thats how they do theirs.

Interview
National General uses STAR format questions. Typically, a “tell me about a time….” And answered with describing the situation, the task at hand, the action you took and the result of the situation
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at National General Insurance (Winston-Salem, NC) in Dec 2023
Interview
It was over a video call and lasted about an hour. The managers were very young and one appeared to be wearing a hoodie. They were very nice and everything appeared to go very well but I was not offered the job and when I asked for any feedback I never heard back from them. It was very disappointing.
