National Life Group Project Manager interview questions

Completed three interview rounds with some pressure to complete the third quickly. Great first and second interviews, very standard. Third interviewer was aligned with the role, but not the main stakeholder or manager. Received no questions, but instead was told my resume read too remote and that he didn't care to ask "normal work questions" and only cared about "company culture" while giving me little room to contribute. I tried asking questions on their book club and other activities with little responses. Eventually he gave unsolicited advice on how to find other jobs in the area and ended the call. A week later, I was told they wouldn't be proceeding and the recruiter had "received no feedback on why". It felt a bit disrespectful and dismissive.

Deep understanding of the business and client needs with so many opportunities to advance. So in the touch with their client base. Very deep understanding of where the company is going
