Simple interview with basic questions. I recommend having back ground in customer service for this position. Overall easy interview. Do some research on the college as well and you will be fine

The interview process was very easy and could have been an informal type interview. The manager hiring was easy to talk to but his manager was emotionless and seemed too formal.

First step was a brief phone interview. Mostly reviewed my resume and discussed the position. Second step was a one on one, 45-minute in-person interview with two people. They worked through a list of questions while they took notes and gave me time to ask questions at the end. It felt conversational throughout.
