Interview
One-and-a-half hour phone interview with three employees (30 minutes each). I was asked questions about my experience and many situational questions having to do with customer service and decision-making.
I applied online through my university and about a week later I received an invitation to interview. The interview was with three different people. It was mostly questions about my resume and some behavioral questions.

Interview
Very positive interview process. I had three interviews and a job shadow followed by lunch with with other candidates and actuaries. The day ended with a tour of the company. I really enjoyed the experience.

I had two interviews with our alumni, and they told me I would hear back the result in one to two weeks. But they did give further detail on the interview process until I called them after a month.
