First a competency and a situational judgement online quiz which is quite pressured for time. Then if you pass that, a 2hr interview where you go through your CV, competency questions and case study questions.
It was a pretty straight forward process with a few rounds based on the role and location. They asked a mix of technical and behavioral questions like other finance companies.

Quantitative aptitude (percentages, ratios, probability)
Logical reasoning
Data interpretation (charts, tables)
Basic statistics
Sometimes Excel / SQL MCQs
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Nationwide (Iowa Falls, IA)
Interview
Screen with recruiter. Video call with recruiter. Teams with a few managers. Teams with team-members/ peers. Very communicative and transparent process. All info was provided in a timely manner. Organized and easy process.
