I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Nationwide (Columbus, OH) in Nov 2023
Interview
I went through two interviews which both were pretty straightforward containing behavioral questions. They were listed as 1 hour long each but they went shorter than that. Even though I did not get the internship it was still a good experience.

Interview
After applying, I was contacted via phone by the recruiter who asked some basic get-to-know-you questions. I got set up with a first round interview, and then moved on to the second round. I was given an offer very soon. Everyone involved in the process was great and helpful.
