Interview
Applied online and received a quick response from a recruiter. When I told them I was available to talk in 2 days, they asked to talk sooner, so I rearranged my schedule. Had a quick interview with the recruiter and set a Zoom interview for 2 days later.. Interviewed with a panel of low level "Team leaders" for a call center position. I have many years of sales experience and have been working as a licensed P&C agent for a competitor. Panel was aloof and I could tell I didn't have a chance as soon as they saw I'm over the age of 30. The feedback I received is that I don't have any sales acumen and was unable to satisfactorily answer a single sales question, despite my experience, significant success in pharma and several national sales awards. Definitely not the place to look if you're "older" and looking for a lifestyle change.

Interview
Phone, in person, then tour of departments. Met with two of the sales reps who shared the work that it takes to be successful as one of their inside sales reps.
