Process took about 3 weeks. 1st step- computer assessment. 2nd step: phone interview (not with a live person). Step 3: In person interview with a couple of supervisors. Then, if you pass step 3, you shadow an agent on the floor and will interview with the manager, which would be step four. I heard back within 2 days that I had been accepted for the position. The in person interview was rather grueling, it took about 2.5 hours from start to finish, so make sure you're alert, rested, and prepared. I did enjoy the swiftness of the process. Questions were very appropriate for the job required in order to gage how you work.
