I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Naval Sea Systems Command
Interview
Interview process was a pretty lengthy one. Took a fair amount of time just to get through security, then I interviewed for four different positions. This place was so huge, each position interview was like going to a different company. Overall a really cool experience, though. Got some really interesting tours of the shipyard and talked to some great people.

Interview
Went through two interviews after applying for job at PSNS through virtual career fair. First interview was a phone screen that was very easy and straightforward. Second interview was with hiring manager who was very friendly and easy going.
Both interviews were simple and made me feel confident after the call.
No technical or “brain teaser” type questions. Just talked about myself and why I want to work for the Navy.
