Naval Sea Systems Command Mechanical Engineer interview questions

I submitted a resume and was invited to attend a day long recruitment event hosted by HR onsite at a NAVSEA location. I would estimate 20 - 30 prospective employees from a range of different disciplines present. There were initial briefs about the hiring process, agency mission, and organizational structure followed by a networking event with representatives from various branches with open vacancies. I was offered opportunities for break out interview sessions based on interest generated from my resume and networking session. I personally enjoyed the format.

On campus interview then second interview on the phone. Easy questions relating to your education and your personality. First interview was with a recruiter in person and after that you may get recommended for a second interview. Students with 3.5 or higher GPA's were interviewed for nuclear jobs.
