I received an email asking me to complete an assessment online. It was a screening method with customer service, attention to detail, and monetary questions. I received a phone call a few days later asking me to come in for an interview. The interview was about an hour long. I did not complete an essay question.

The interview process was great. Went fairly quickly and wasn't nerve-wracking at all. I had very good interviewers. It lasted for approximately 45 minutes. They explained everything to me as best as possible. Be sure you have questions to ask because they do like that.

Behavioral based questions, be ready to answer questions with story examples. One interview with manager and asst manager, 4 weeks total. I accepted and started 2 weeks later. Overall was a great experience.
