I applied online, then two days later I received an assessment invitation through my e-mail. The assessment consisted of personality questions, customer service scenario q & a's and basic math/loan calculations. (percentages due on a bill etc) I got a call two and a half weeks later (holiday's in between) for an interview. I arrived early and was given some paperwork to fill out and sign, along with an essay. I completed all of it and the assistant manager came to meet me and take it. The manager was walking down the hallway and was very sweet to tell me not to be nervous. The AM then went in the conference room with the manager and they looked over my resume and paperwork. About 15 minutes after the scheduled apt time, they called me in and were very friendly. While they were professional, the interview seemed more like back and forth dialogue compared to q & a's. The questions were the easiest I've ever answered in my interview history. I prepared for the usual interview questions and there were actually none of them asked. They told me the history of the company in the beginning, asked about 7 questions and then explained what the position entailed and what was expected of me. From what I saw, I'm very excited to work with this team! I received a call less than a week later for the offer. Base pay is very impressive, the highest I've seen out of any company. If you have experience, they pay is higher than the base.
