Multiple interviews, 1st one with leadership was straight forward. Second time I was able to meet the team. 2nd interview was more relaxed. There was a skill assessment given onsite that was pretty difficult for me but only because I was removed from this role for a little time

They asked standard interview questions and were very laid back and honest. The interview lasted around 30 minutes. Prepping before the interview is a must. Have someone interview you beforehand with standard interview questions.

Interview process was very informative. Felt like I was treated as a professional. Especially liked the idea of shadowing in the lab to get a true idea of daily operations.
