Interview
Met with 2 leads, then the Director. Swapped experiences with the leads. I thought it went well. The Director seemed distracted and somewhat defensive when I asked about his tests. I don't think he understood or kept up with commercial applications.
I thought the interview process was easy-going and fair. I didn't feel rushed and it concluded after all questions were answered on both sides. I think it was a great interview.

A phone interview with HR, phone interview with supervisor, in person interview with supervisor, and phone inter view with HR. The supervisor was nice enough to come in on a Saturday for my interview when I was already in town.
