Interview
First, I would really like to mention that the entire process was really quick. Compared to any companies I have applied so far, none of them ever came close. The whole process was finished in only about 2 weeks. Also, most of the interviewers were both friendly and approachable, which really helped a lot to calm myself down and loosen up. Of course, they asked questions that are straight to the point but they also talk about other things that are not related to the job application, which greatly lessens the tension.
In summary, it was pretty great! The only thing that bothered me though was the number of interviews I've had (5 interviews!), which was also a first time experience.

Question 1
They've asked me some typical questions like: "Where do you see yourself 5 years from now." and "Why should we hire you?".
During my final (technical) interview, the interviewer asked me a pretty unique question: "If you encountered an alien object (which looks like a ball, with a hole on the center and surrounded by several buttons), how will you first approach it?". That's the first time I've ever encountered such a distinct question.

Interview
I am a fresh graduate applying at netsuite. The recruiter immediately contacted me for a pen and paper exam, after two days they will be contacting you to inforn if you were able to pass the exam, followed by a general interview about yourself, your projects, your resume. After a day they will schedule you for the technical exam.

Interview
The interviews was carefully processed to get t he best from their applicants. For someone like me who is still have hard time communicating in English. they give me a chance by having an English Assessment Interview.
all in all it took me 3 weeks of processing but its all worth it.

Interview
The hiring process covered an exam, initial interview, technical interview, and final interview. All interviews lasted for about an hour. The HR gets back to the candidate within 24 hours to inform the result. If you pass all interviews, they require you to get a medical exam (paid by the company) before you can receive the job offer.

The first interview was a general interview - current job, why you applied, etc. The second interview was a technical interview - technical experience, etc. The third interview focused on real-life scenarios.
