First I met with a NetSuite employee from HR department and we discussed, which position(s) I would be interested in, and decided which one I'm going to apply for. She also collected some information about me, asking about the stuff that I wrote in my CV. Then I took a 90 minute test from home (a bit of maths, company information, SQL, a little programming and most importantly a couple of QA questions). After passing the test I went through 4 rounds of interviews (1 - senior dev and senior QA from "my" future team, 2 - team leader from "my" future team, 3 - social round, 4 - team leader from another team), each round took roughly an hour, only the social round was shorter and took less than 30 minutes. The whole interview process is as slow or quick as the applicant wants, I took time to prepare for the test and then for the interviews, but then I did all the interviews in two days, so in theory, the interview process could take anything between a week and a month.
