The interview process was notably less than satisfactory, presenting both inefficiency and a lack of consistency. It comprised four rounds, each characterized by delayed start times. Curiously, in the first three rounds, the interviewers consistently praised my extensive experience. However, following the fourth round, I received a rejection email. Upon seeking feedback, the response was perplexing, citing a need for a candidate with more Amazon Connect expertise. This rationale contradicts the encouraging feedback received during the initial rounds. It's worth noting that the company itself was founded in 2016, while Amazon Connect was launched in 2017, and integration with Salesforce commenced in 2020 - the same year I successfully implemented an Amazon Connect/Salesforce integration. In the interest of professionalism and respect for candidates' time, I urge sincerity and coherence in future interview processes.
