I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Newell Brands (Atlanta, GA) in Apr 2015
Interview
Very typical. Informational and behavioral interviews. Depends on your location, may do phone, then in person...but always involves a face to face interview with different levels of management. Everyone was very warm and welcoming (true sign of the culture). They were disorganized in my hiring process, so be sure to follow up and rely on your own gut to drive conversation.
Made it to the final round interview for 2 jobs as Assistant Manager. Interviews went well and then was ghosted. It was not until I followed up several times, did they finally send a rejection letter.
I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Newell Brands
Interview
I applied, was contacted by a recruiter, and flown in for a series of back to back interviews. I was made an offer two weeks later. The process took about 8 weeks.
